We believe our pricing is fair and competitive. However, we recognize that IT services are a complex marketplace that's constantly changing.
Because we don't know what other offers you may have received, or whether they include or exclude licenses, services, or value-adds that we included in your Quote, Proposal, or Billing Contract, it's difficult to simply declare that we can beat any competitors price.
Whether you're a new or existing customer, this is our promise to you:
- Share with us a written copy of any competitor's quote that clearly indicates provided licenses, services, and prices as well as some indication of minimum level of service (SLA) offered.
- We'll perform an apples-to-apples analysis, so can clearly see the difference between our services with theirs.
- Wherever our offerings are less cost-effective, we'll match that competitor's price and/or tailor our offer to match theirs.
It's that simple.
