We believe our pricing is fair and competitive. However, we recognize that IT services are a complex marketplace that's constantly changing.

Because we don't know what other offers you may have received, or whether they include or exclude licenses, services, or value-adds that we included in your Quote, Proposal, or Billing Contract, it's difficult to simply declare that we can beat any competitors price.

Whether you're a new or existing customer, this is our promise to you:
  1. Share with us a written copy of any competitor's quote that clearly indicates provided licenses, services, and prices as well as some indication of minimum level of service (SLA) offered.
  2. We'll perform an apples-to-apples analysis, so can clearly see the difference between our services with theirs.
  3. Wherever our offerings are less cost-effective, we'll match that competitor's price and/or tailor our offer to match theirs.
It's that simple.
