to be up-front about what we do for our clients and where our limits
are. Documents full of legalese may not be much fun to read, but they're
a necessary requirement for doing business with a global corporation
like Microsoft. Please be sure you review these carefully, as there may
be provisions that affect you. If you have any questions regarding any
of these documents or the terms they describe, please do not hesitate to
ask us.
January 17th, 2022 - We've updated our legal documents to reflect changes in Microsoft's reseller program and to make the contract itself more manageable by moving extensive technical language into our published business policies, knowledge base articles, and/or FAQs as appropriate.
When you purchase services, you'll be asked to sign a purchase order, SOW, or other authorization
forms that incorporate our terms of service and SLA. These documents are
provided below for your convenience:
